Borderland State Park Engagement Session | Easton, MA
I spent the day with Kirsten and Ross at the Borderland State Park in Easton, MA. I’d never been to this park before, in fact I’d never heard of it until Kirsten suggested we go to it. Borderland State Park is a historical preserve with lots of hiking paths and home to the Ames Mansion. Kirsten and Ross both live on the Cape, but they grew up around Easton. Despite the fact that it was a sweltering day in the middle summer, we had a fun time walking around the park.
The gardens around the mansion are incredibly beautiful. It took all of my willpower to walk away from the park. Thankfully, it was blazingly hot! While we all enjoyed making images, we got so hot and sweaty, we had to make a run for the air-conditioned cars.
On our way home, we stopped by the V.F.W. in Sharon. Kirsten’s father, along with other veterans restored a W.W.II tank. We stopped by to make some pictures of them with the tank.
These two awesome people will be getting married in February, when it’s not going to be so hot at the Lakeview Pavillion in Foxboro MA. Their wedding will be my first wedding of 2019 and I expect it’s going to be a grand affair. Check in later on in March, 2019 to see beautiful images of their wedding day!
If you’re thinking about getting married in 2019 or 2020, and have yet to pick a wedding photographer, give me a call! Let’s talk about what new places we can discover together!
