Barn Wedding at Blissful Meadows | Uxbridge, MA

I had the pleasure of photographing Tracy and David September 2019 wedding at the Blissful Meadows Golf Club in Uxbridge MA. For this wedding, I travelled to several different locations photographing the wedding day unfolding. From Rehoboth to Uxbridge MA, Tracy and David’s wedding day was fun to experience.

The day started off with photographing the guys getting ready. David got ready with the help of his son at the home of his best man in Rehoboth, MA.

As a self-professed comic book nerd, I totally geeked out when I saw one of the gifts David gave all the groomsmen. I wonder if I can find Wonder Woman or Storm Cufflinks for myself? 🤔

Tracy on the other hand got ready at the couples’ home in Attleboro. She was there with her sister, David’s sister, her nieces and her mother-in-law. This was one wedding where I believe the energy was flipped. Usually the bride and her posse are brimming with excitement, while the groom and his guys are chill and just waiting to get dressed. It was the opposite for this wedding. David and his groomsmen were raucous, and incredibly excited for the wedding. When I arrived at the bride’s location, Tracy was very relaxed and the atmosphere was almost serene.

The couple were married at their church, St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in North Attleboro MA. The interior of this church took my breath away. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of photographing wedding ceremonies inside old churches. They are simply gorgeous.

The day finally came to an end with the reception at Blissful Meadows in Uxbridge MA. There were all the typical things - formal pictures, couples’ first dance, parent dances, cake cutting and then tons of partying on the dance floor.
